Welcome to the City of Tempe Procurement home page.  The Procurement Division is responsible for procuring and contracting of
all materials, supplies and services for City departments with the sole exception of architecture, engineering and construction.
Procurement is also responsible for the administration and compliance auditing for all term and blanket contracts that have been established through competitive bidding.
